At Houston Hermetics, Inc., our remanufacturing process is meticulous to ensure our final products are precisely built to perfection. Each compressor is disassembled, cleaned, and fitted with new or repaired parts.

Down to the last detail, every motor, spring, bolt, and bearing is thoroughly inspected to guarantee the quality our clients have come to expect since 1966.

Justin Morisak, President, Houston Hermetics, Inc.

Born and raised in Houston, Justin Morisak grew up in a family that prides itself on conducting good, honest business. From an early age, Justin was exposed to the family business and became interested in the different remanufacturing processes. Often working with his father and grandfather, he learned firsthand the importance and value of reliable work. Justin was eventually promoted to management/sales, and as of August 17th, 2016, he purchased the company.

Jake Little, Vice President, Houston Hermetics, Inc.

Starting his career in 2008, Jake Little quickly grew into a valuable asset due to his great understanding of mechanics and problem solving. Jake has served in multiple areas in his time at Houston Hermetics, including compressor manufacturing, customer service, technical support, production management, and most recently, he oversaw the transition and implementation of acquisitions. He was promoted to Vice President in 2016 and looks forward to the challenges that lie ahead.

Jeremy Lackey, Manufacturing Director, Houston Hermetics, Inc.

Jeremy adds 10+ years of manufacturing management, specifically in the oil and gas industry, to the Houston Hermetics team. His roles in the industry include drafter, manufacturing engineering technician, production manager, and plant manager. In addition, Jeremy has held the position of territory manager for Hunton Trane (2016-2017). He earned his BBA in 2004 from Howard Payne University. Jeremy

Jessica Otto, Sales and Technical Support, Houston Hermetics, Inc.

Jessica has been in the compressor industry from an early age. Her family owned and operated Precision Hermetics of Texas for over 20 years. She was the President of Precision Hermetics of Texas for 15 years, until Q3 2017 when the company was acquired by Houston Hermetics. At that time, Jessica became the newest member of the Houston Hermetics family. Jessica has a firsthand knowledge of all compressor makes and models. She has built, repaired, installed, sold, and delivered every compressor that Houston Hermetics offers. She is thriving and enjoying her new role with Houston Hermetics.
